A full-time writer, k.g. Sambrano is most known for his works of fiction which include poetry and short stories. His work has been published in numerous journals and magazines. Sambrano’s  latest book is So Say We All- Eight Poems of Hope based on the re-imagined television series Battlestar Galactica.

Sambrano’s publicity and performances include: The Toronto Star, The Toronto Sun, CFRB 1010, television’s Motions in Poetry, Breakfast T.V., Bravo Channel, as well as a panel member on TV Ontario’s Imprint. Sambrano is the past Toronto Representative for the League of Canadian Poets as well as the Creative Director for the annual League of Canadian Poets National Poetry Blog (08,09,10).

Sambrano lives in Toronto, Canada, teaching Writing Workshops in the classroom as well as online. Sambrano studied Journalism at Ryerson University, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Film Studies.
